Appointments: We encourage all clients to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you to check in, prepare and relax for your service and enjoy your overall experience at the salon. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that you can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
Gratuities: We would like to inform all clients that gratuities are not included in our prices and are cash only. An ATM is located inside the salon for your convenience.
Cancellation policy: Since we have reserved a special time for you, we ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours advance notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the billing of scheduled services.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept checks.
Refund policy: Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates, packages, retail products or hair extensions. All sales are final.
